Pleased with product/price

This is a very good divan base and is exactly what I wanted. Value for money too. Delivery was a little too long but the snow caused the delays and as delivery is free you can’t really complain. Would recommend.

Easy to piece together and has roomy drawers for extra bedding.
Very sturdy and comfortable.quick and efficient service all round!
Can thoroughly recommend.

The base is of good quality. I can only fault the length of delivery time, although staff were very polite and helpful.

My whole experience with Frances Hunt...from initial online order, to telephoning because I'd ordered the wrong size, getting called back to sort it out exactly when promised, super-helpful friendly staff, free delivery exactly as promised by a lovely man who even carried it upstairs for me...Frances Hunt were perfect. Great price delivery exactly when stated

Absolutely fantastic quality made base, really well made and sturdy. Well worth the wait be prepared for over a three week delivery for your £30.00 charge. Not complaining just warning! Have bought beds off eBay delivered next day... but didn't last three weeks.

A lovely well made divan base and good size draws very happy with purchase

Have not slept on bed yet but it seems comfortable to sit on with my existing foam spare room mattress on it - quite firm but that is how we like it. Happy with the storage area under the bed; this will be very useful.

I rang your company today to congratulate on excellent service, quality and delivery. From the moment we pressed the submit button the information and communication has been great, receiving to calls (to both my phones) confriming timing of delivery. Then a call from the delivery driver to say he was 30 mins away (as per my notes in the order) then the 2 men who delivered were great. They asked where I wanted the beds, I asked if they could take them upstairs, they said no problem. The beds themselves were packaged very well and were great quality for the money. Overall Frances Hunt were an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in furniture. Thanks alot and well done!
