Q DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
Yes we have two showrooms located at 225/229 Lillie Road Fulham London SW6 7LN which are open from 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday with a team of experienced personnel to assist you.

Q WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including AMEX. Cheques may also be posted to our showroom address and should include your name address and cheque guarantee card no. on the reverse.

Q WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
When your transaction is completed, our automated system will send you a receipt by Email detailing your purchase with your order number: please keep this safe as you will need it for tracking your order. This will be followed by a receipt in the post or delivered with your goods.

Q HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
You may contact us by telephone or Email during business hours to check the progress of your order. Please ensure you have your order number to hand.

Q DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE DELIVERY CHARGES?
There are no charges for deliveries of £750 and above. Smaller order charges vary and are subject to delivery location and order size.

Q HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
At Frances Hunt our aim is to dispatch your goods at the earliest possible time. On small items we will normally courier them to you within 5 working days. On all other items you can see how long your delivery will take in the text for each specific item on the product page. Please note the delivery time is a guideline - if a product is out of stock you will be contacted immediately.

Q WHAT IS RAPID DELIVERY?
Rapid delivery is for items in stock in our warehouse. These items can normally be delivered within London and the M25 within 48 hours! All other areas are normally within 7-10 working days.

Q WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
We will normally contact you by telephone at least 48hours prior to despatch to confirm your delivery. We aim to accommodate your desired delivery time of either morning or afternoon however this is not always possible. At your request our drivers can contact you 1 hour before delivery.

Q DO YOU DELIVER EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS?
At present we deliver between the hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays only. Saturday deliveries are available within London and the M25 region and all other areas by prior appointment only.

Q DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?
No - for overseas customers we will deliver to your pre-arranged shipper and all shipping arrangements must be made directly by the customer.

Q WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
At Frances Hunt we have our own fleet of liveried vehicles with our trained and uniformed staff who are fully insured against accidental damage.

Q DO YOU OFFER AN ASSEMBLY SERVICE?
At Frances Hunt the majority of our furniture is ready assembled. For items marked easy home assembly some assembly is required. Larger items do need complete assembly which are clearly highlighted on our website. If you select the home assembly service option on the product page our delivery team will assemble your goods and dispose of all packaging for a charge of £49.50.

Q WILL YOU TAKE THE BED/FURNITURE UPSTAIRS?
Our delivery team will place the furniture/bed in your room of choice but to make their job easier, please remove all obstacles/pictures from passageways.

Q WHAT IF I PURCHASE A PRODUCT AND IT DOES NOT FIT IN MY ROOM?
We would ask you to ensure all measurements are checked prior to ordering. If your items do not fit we cannot be held responsible. On special size beds/mattresses and headboards we require written confirmation by Email or fax as we cannot be held responsible for errors in measurement on your part.

Q WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE?
All goods at Frances Hunt carry a minimum of 1 years guarantee. Certain items carry extended warranties of up to 15 years at no extra charge.

Q CAN YOU DISPOSE OF MY OLD BEDS/FURNITURE?
Yes providing we are delivering like for like furniture we can dispose of your old furniture at the same time. A charge is made for this service please call 020 7385 5282 for details.

Q CAN YOU MAKE ANY SIZE BED OR MATTRESS?
Yes if you require a special or continental size we can manufacture it for you. On some models we offer a rapid special size service. We require written confirmation by Email or fax as we cannot be held responsible for errors in measurement on your part.

Q IS EVERYTHING ON YOUR WEBSITE IN STOCK AND ON DISPLAY IN YOUR STORE?
It is not currently possible to view everything we sell on our website. Wherever possible we will have at least one item of furniture from a range for viewing to enable our customers to see the colour/finish and quality of our products.

Q WHAT ARE FAST-TRACK ITEMS?
Fast-Track items are products that are currently over-stocked in our warehouse. If you order any of these items you can receive them quicker than the normal lead time. However please note that this is no guarantee and can depend on your location, other items you order and delivery runs to your area.
